For Seller
- Sellers receive 60% of the final sale price for each account sold.
- After a buyer pays, we hold the payment for 15 days before releasing it to you. Supported payment methods: Cryptocurrency & PayPal.
- Be honest about the account details. If the account isn’t as described, we’ll cancel the payment and refund the buyer.
- Accounts must be at least 2 months old and have 1,000+ post karma to be eligible for sale.
- If the account’s email is no longer the original email used to sign up, you must mention this. The buyer needs to know the risk that the email might get reset.
- List any bans or warnings from Reddit or subreddits that the account has received.
- Once we agree on a price with you, the account and sale price will be publicly listed on the website so buyers can review everything before purchasing.
- If the account becomes shadowbanned after the buyer logs in, you are not responsible.
- If you break any of these rules, you won’t get paid, and the buyer will return the account to you, no matter its condition.
For Buyers
- If you return the account for any reason under our policy, we keep 20% as a service fee. You’ll get back 80% of the total you paid.
- We check all accounts before listing, and the seller must provide full details. However, we can’t guarantee 100% accuracy if parts of the account’s history were deleted or are too old to check.
- You are protected: if the seller gives false or missing info, you can return the account for a refund.
- These are third-party accounts, so our regular RedACCS warranty doesn’t apply.
You are only guaranteed that the account:- Matches the description
- Is not shadowbanned or suspended at the time of purchase
After you log in, there is no warranty.
- You can follow our warm-up or usage tips, but they might not work for every account. The seller may or may not give additional instructions.
- It’s best to use an IP from the same country as the seller.
- If any critical information is missing or incorrect, such as banned subreddits or the provided email not being the original registration email, you must report it to us within 10 days of purchase. After this period, if the seller has already received payment, we will no longer be able to assist you.
- Within 15 days of purchase, if the account is suspended and the email has been reverted to the original, the seller (if they still have access to the original email) is required to assist the buyer in changing the email again. If the seller no longer has access to the original email and the account becomes unusable as a result, we will retain 20% of the sale price as a transaction fee and refund 40% to the buyer. The remaining 40% will be paid to the seller.
